The staff was polite and amiable. The place was fairly clean. The room was well-kept and well decorated with a balcony, I felt comfortable there. Greatly enjoyed being next to a ferry port.

The accommodation had a very central setting right at the port of arrival. It's just next door to eateries in the evening, the beaches of the island, and all the restaurants. - Everything was perfect.

Convenient location next to where you hop off 🚢, and only a 20-minute stroll to Terceira Praia beach. the master king suite was impressive, making for a good stay.

The tranquil hotel surrounded by tropical vegetation was a refreshing oasis during our stay. The infinity pool, perched on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic, made us feel like we were swimming in the ocean itself. The mesmerizing sea views from our suite, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a minibar, were a feast for the eyes. We also enjoyed the complimentary wireless Internet access, allowing us to stay connected while being enveloped by nature.

I chose Passargada Pousada E Restaurante because it was conveniently located near the Church of Our Lady of Light, a landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the other amenities offered, particularly the snack bar/deli. The restaurant at Passargada Pousada E Restaurante served delicious meals, and I especially enjoyed the satisfying meal I had during my stay.

Room cleaning and communication issues. Limited Wi-Fi and power breakdowns affected the stay.

This hotel offers a great location with easy access to key transportation hubs. The breakfast options were wide and tasty, with a range of fresh fruits, juices, and pastries on offer. the staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Some of the rooms were noisy due to street traffic and not well soundproofed. the air conditioning units were quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.
